Progressing chest/arm pain!

I am having pain/tightness/tingling in my left upper chest, arm and left rib cage. I have been to ER few times and Cardiologist. Heart and lungs trashed fine. I am a nervous wreck and don't know what else to do.

Anxiety and Gerd have also been ruled out. The symptoms are progressing! Tightness in left upper chest, numbness/tingling left forearm and left rib cage. Last night and today I started having numbness/tingling on the left side of my face. Aspirin is the only temperary relief that works. I have tried over the counter and prescription anti inflammatory medicine and neither helped. Please help

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Have you followed up with your primary care doctor?  It is good that your heart and lungs checked out fine, since these are the first things that get ruled out when you have chest pain.  However, you need to follow up with your primary care doctor now to figure out what is causing these symptoms.  There are many other possibilities including anxiety and even GERD (reflux).  This needs to get looked into further.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
