I got last period on 20 of Nov. I'm pregnant now and Iwants to know how many wweeks I have now?

Congratulations. There is always some confusion when counting the weeks. A full term pregnancy is 40 weeks. The week count starts at the first day of your last period. This is before conception which usually occurs about 2 weeks later. Using the date of Nov. 20 you would now be about 7 weeks pregnant. If you have not yet made your first prenatal appointment, now is the time. Your doctor will most likely want to see you between 7 and 9 weeks.
