You should stop your birth control pills if you suspect you are pregnant. However, if you are going to be sexually active, you should use another form of birth control such as condoms, until the pregnancy is confirmed or ruled out.
Should I continue to take my birth control, I would be starting a new pack

As I think you know, antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills. It is possible that your cycle is off due to the change in your birth control pill and the doses that you took late. However, all things considered, there is a chance that you could be pregnant.
A home pregnancy test is most accurate 1 week after your missed period. The levels of the hormone hCG have to be high enough to be detected in your urine. It is possible to have a negative pregnancy test and be pregnant. If you do not get your period, test again. Use the first urine in the morning, it often has the highest concentration of pregnancy hormone.
Good luck. I hope that this helps.
