Please help, so many symptoms- scared?

I'm 20 and female. I do not smoke or drink. I am scared after all these symptoms. I haven't been to the doctor yet. It'd mean the world to me to have some professional help.

Symptoms since I was young
- migraines
- cystic like bumps on my pubic area, buttox, armpits, thigh and back. (All rare except in the public area, still get those around my period it seems)
- vaginal and anal itching (rare, I have unfortunately had protected sex very few times in my late teens but I had the itching and bumps before I did.)
- multiple stomach aches
- irregular periods
- I also have body hair, on my stomach, back and buttox.

Symptoms since 18
- same as above, except my periods were a little better, still not always regular.
- twisting pain in left side if stomach, sometimes falls asleep
- constipation

Current symptoms (that are scaring me)
- twisting pain more common
- right side of stomach hurts sometimes
- nickel size hair loss close to my forehead
- cold feet
- constipation
- blood on toilet paper once
- minor weight loss without reason
- leg pain, hurts to stand long

As you can see I have so many problems. The twisting pain and hair loss are what scared me. My dad thinks I may be allergic to gluten so I've been trying to avoid gluten. Leg cramps are better but I'm still constipated.

Please, help me. I'm going to the doctor in 2 weeks but I am so scared. I don't know what's going on or what to expect.

Thank you for your time. I truly appreciate it!!

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

The best thing for you to do is go to your primary care doctor.  They can test you to see if you are allergic to gluten (which is possible) in which case you would have to follow a gluten free diet (competely cut out gluten).  They can also recommend an allergist if they feel it is an allergy other than a gluten allergy.  Keep your appointment with your doctor and ask for allergy testing- hopefully this will help you get to the bottom of this.  Good luck.
