Thanks for answering,
I did a little research and came up with this "In people with vasovagal episodes, the episodes are typically recurrent, usually happening when the person is exposed to a specific trigger. The initial episode often occurs when the person is a teenager, then recurs in clusters throughout his or her life" This means it would be normal for a teenager although in my whole life or my current friends never had it and i never heard of it, It is a huge problem since it makes me look weird and sick when i stand up in school and it is an issue. You said it causes fainting and dizzy and chills and sweat but that doesnt happen with me, the article i read about this also said that it is normal to faint but i dont faint, nothing it just makes my feet hands eyes and neck go wierd everytime i stand up from a chair. About the eating i do eat in general alot of unhealthy food and i drink enough aswell (I drink alot of sodas) i know eating healthier is better but could that be the issue? Or is it something that comes for a few months during the life and goes away, since i had it for a while now aprox 1-2 months im wondering. About going to doctor i dont really want to since it isnt serious. i dont faint or anything but it is problem how i look and people thinking im sick when im not, any more help will be appriciated. Sorry for wall of text :)
Hi and thanks for using the forum.
What you have described could be a vasovagal response. What happens with this is your heart rate and your blood pressure drop in response to an event (for you this is a change in position- going from sitting or laying to standing). This can cause an unpleasant feeling- sweaty, clammy, dizzy, chills to sometimes fainting. Often, when this type of episode is related to changes in position, it is caused by dehydration. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids, eating some kind of salty snack during the day, and eating enough during the day in general. If these symptoms persist, you may have to see a doctor to rule anything else out, but hopefully this is it. Good Luck
