dehydration?

Today at work I caught myself lost of breath for like 5 seconds. then out of no where  my vision goes blank I don't see anything. my coworker said I started shaking and stumbling. they help me get  to a chair and got me some water. after about 25 minutes or 30 minutes. having some drinks and something to eat in my system I started feeling good again. my vision was back, I wasn't shaking anymore, and my breathing was back to normal. I just want to know what happened to me. also what can I do to fix it. I am about 14 weeks and 2 days. what is your opinion on the situation?

that whenever I go to my appointment on the 11th that they should be doing some blood tests and everything. to check for low iron as well? when my mom was pregnant she had the same thing happened to her but it was something like she had a small case of diabetes the only when she was pregnant? is that possible to happen? to just have a stage of diabetes only when you're pregnant?

Thank you i wasn't sure if i. needed to go get the baby checked out. When i called my doctor they basically said the same thing. but tell me if it happens again instead of sitting down drinking water  calming down to go straight to the ER.

Thanks for using the forum.

I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor about this episode. It is possible that your blood sugar was low. Make sure that you are eating and drinking throughout the day. Your doctor will be able to examine you and to check your blood pressure and if necessary check your blood levels to give you a better idea of what caused the episode. Then they can help you take steps to keep it from happening again.
