Hi im a 37 female went to the ER an I got a EKG done can u plse tell me if this is anythng to worry???

Vent Rate 73 BPM
PR interval 108 ms
QRS duration 90 ms
QT/QTc
p-R-t  50 103 83



Sinus rhythym with short PR
Left atrial enlargement
Rightward axis
Right bundle block
abnormal EKG

I was getting upper abdonimal pain....an the er doctor says i have GERD....He did a ekg, chest xray and blood work ...yesss i did my reg. doctor an i hafta go see a cardio doctor....no i have no heart problem that i know of

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Unfortunately, the information that prints on the EKG is often not correct.  The ER doctor looks at the EKG itself to determine whether it is normal or not.  Did they give you any info when you were in the ER?  Why did you have the EKG done?  Do you have any cardiac history?  If you have questions that were unanswered, you can call your primary care doctor and ask that they review the EKG for you.  They should then be able to answer any questions that you have.  Good luck.
