Try a fairly large dose of vitamin B1 (about 100 mg for a few days). It works for me. Always!

Sometimes muscle spasms and cramps are cause by an electrolyte imbalance (such as a low magnesium, potassium, or sodium level). Dehydration can also cause muscle cramping, etc. If you don't think that you are dehydrated then I suggest you see your primary care doctor and have some blood work done and a physical to see if you have an electrolyte imbalance. I would start with this and see if you can find a cause with your primary care physician. Hope this helps. Good luck.
