Thanks for using the forum.
Congratulations on your pregnancy, but I am sorry you are feeling so poorly. Constipation is one of the early symptoms of pregnancy. If you have been constipated it could cause your stomach pains. Additionally, you would have increased discomfort after eating and gas pains. There are over-the-counter stool softeners that are safe to take while pregnant. Medications that contain simethicone will help with gas pain. Always check with your doctor before taking any new medications to make sure that it is safe to take while pregnant.
If you have been having regular bowel movements and are therefore not constipated, I would recommend looking at your diet. Sometimes during pregnancy you can be more sensitive to certain foods than you usually are. Try eating light, frequent meals. Start with foods that are a little bland, not heavily spiced. Make sure you are getting plenty of water. Avoid carbonated beverages, they can increase that "full" feeling and cause gas pain.
I hope this helps.
