Thanks for using the forum.

There are a few things you can try if your prenatal vitamin is making you sick. Try taking it at bed time or with food ( I know that sounds counterproductive, but sometimes it helps).  If that does not help, talk with your doctor about taking a vitamin with no iron. Often it is the iron in the pill that makes women feel sick.

If none of that works, speak to your doctor about stopping the prenatal vitamin during your first trimester.  If you were to do this, you should take a folic acid supplement. The folic acid is so important for the brain development of your baby.

Congratulation on you pregnancy! I hope this helps.

Have you spoken with your OB about this issue? He/she would be able to recommend alternatives. If you are unable to take due to nausea, try taking at night before bed... prenatal vitamins (frolic acid especially) is very important for brain development in your growing baby :) good luck!
