Conception can occur with any sexual position. When trying to conceive, the when is more important than the how.
Conception occurs when the sperm and the ovum(egg) meet 12-24 hours after ovulation. Ovulation usually occurs mid way through a woman's cycle, or 13-16 days after the start of your last menstrual period. Sperm can survive up to 3 days after ejaculation. Using this information, conception is most likely to occur with sexual intercourse on days 11-17.
