Albuterol Inhalers - Errrrrrrg.....

I use Albuterol Inhalers for my asthma and I've been recently having some trouble with 'em. My mom and I share the same dosages, which I find really weird since I just merely have asthma and she has emphysema as well. But, I've brought that to the attention of m doctor but she still said I needed the same dosage. Plus, it makes me really jittery and shaky. I only use it when I am highly active, so then once I feel wheezy I have to stop 'cause I'm shakin' all over the place and unable to control myself. I feel like I was just hit with a truck, yet I'm still trying to walk around like a normal person.
Does anyone else have this problem with their inhalers???

I absolutely do.  It doesn't take long to take affect either, and seems to last a while.  I find it embarrassing in public, because I feel like people can tell how shaky I am.  From what I understand this is a pretty common side effect, and happens to a few other asthmatics that I know.

I just started the nebulizer treatments at home and had an inhaler for when I'm at work. It makes me really jittery and my heart pounds like it's coming out of my chest.
