Can't Breathe Fully Nor Yawn

(I am 14 years old.   Both my parents smoke)
Lately i haven't been able to take full breaths as if my lungs would only take up to 70-80% of oxygen and then stop me right there.  It feels like taking in more and more breath but i can never really take a full deep breath with a relief in the end,   its a struggle.    4 out of 10 times i will have a successfull deep breath,  1 out of 10 times i will have a successfull yawn.  I haven't yawend in 2 days,   and before that it was during class but it was very booring at the time.
I can't yawn whenever i want,  and even when im breathing normally i have a wierd feeling in my upperchest towards the neck as if something was stopping half the air going through and i struggle for more air and this is what causes me to take a deep breath but even then,  i can't!

No,  i do not smoke.
No,  i have never had asthma before in my life.

I haven't taken any medication or drugs to fix this breathing problem,  nor have i visited a doctor YET.
But does anybody know a good,  trusting answer to this?  why am i having this problem?

I am very, very, very scared i mean i dont want to get some massive disease or cancer at a young age like this!
I wanna be a 3D artist not dead 5 meters underground!

I know that some people will come up with an answer such as "Visit a doctor",  but i know that many people have this exact same problem,  and when i read about their posts its like i've written them myself,  thats how similar they are.

Yawning for me.. its like i forgot how to yawn.  I cant do it.  Its like trying to move a broken finger or a paralyzed arm!
FACT:  I had a cold 2 weeks ago,  right after this began to happen.

OMG OMG OMG DO I HAVE TO GET SURGERY?? AH!
yes.. i am very stressed out,   panicing all the time even if i dont seem like it.

why meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

hey, it sounds like you should explain to your parents what is going on, because if that was happening to me i would be scared. not being able to breathe properly is not good. you should talk to your parents and see a doctor.

Well I had it when I was younger but it didn't last long, then I got it back again about 2 months ago. I tell my mum and she says it's anxiety, but I'm not even worried about anything!! I do have asthma but it feels different. Like I need to get more air in by sighing and yawning but I can't. It gets my really annoyed! Do any of your parents know?

I imagine it's okay and you will be okay.  You could be having an anxiety attack or panic attack.  They can make you feel like that.  If you are stressed often and the anxiety builds then panic occurs.  If it keeps up the best thing to do is to go to the doctor.
