Not sure if I have developed asthma or it is something else

On Saturday night I started having difficulty breathing my throat felt like it had become tighter. Before this happened I had taken some Panadol for a headache which I habe done many times before with no side effects. I've seen 3 doctors so far who have inspected my throat and have said it just looked red. My main doctor used a stethoscope to check my breathing and said my lungs were filling up with air with ease and he used a device on my finger to detect how much oxygen was in my blood which also came back fine. He has put me in a prescription of Salone 25mg to see if it would reduce inflammation that may be in there which I am to check in with him on Friday to see how it helps. I find that it comes and goes randomly but more so after eating or at night time, checked with him about the possibility it could be silent reflux but he said no because that would more likely affect my voice not breathing. I find lying down eases it a bit but am perplexed as to what is going on as I'm very healthy, have no allergies as far as I'm aware of and have never had asthma or any symptoms prior. Wanted t o check on here and see if anyone else could provide some answers as to what it might be?
