should i be worried?

Tonight I started to have an asthma attack so I took a puff and felt it hit my tongue. I figured I gave myself a bad dose so I took another. Now I feel jittery and I'm having palpitations..  on the bright side I can breathe now

Should I be worried about taking two puffs?

Double dosing is not normally recommended by any physician. But since you had a asthma attack, and now are you breathing better after taking it, but whenever next time you paying a visit to your doctor, ask him whether double dosage is recommended for you or not,

Hi there, Does this drug albuterol have another name? I have a guide
to drugs and supplements and I can't find this drug listed. I have asthma
too. I use two different inhalers and have done for years. I use Pulmicort
and Bricanyl. I use a Pulmicort inhaler twice a day, one puff in the morning
and one puff in the evening before I go to sleep. I use the Bricanyl
turbuhaler as needed. I'm sharing this with you because from time to time
I do us the Bricanyl. What's great about the Bricanyl is that if I start to
feel like I'm having trouble breathing, one putt works in less than 30 secs.
I've never had an asthma attack. I hope I never will. What I also wanted
to say that's it's really important to use the medication as directed by
your doctor. Double dosing is not normally recommended. But you were
having an asthma attack, and you can now breathe better, but the next time you see your family doctor, you might take this opportunity to
ask if double dosing of this medication is recommended. Your doctor
should also know you had an asthma attack. I wish you well. Eve
