I used to have nosebleeds regularly as a child. My best advice would be to try a humidifier. If you live in a dry climate, that may cause frequent nosebleeds. if not, she might be getting bloody noses from her illness.

When a child is sick or getting over being sick, it is not uncommon to have bloody noses.  Hopefully she will feel better soon and the nose bleeds will stop.

Current ways of handling a bloody nose are pinching the bridge or applying an ice pack wrapped in a thin towel for as long as she'll allow.

good luck
