head nerves

Hi my name is Diamond and i think i might have something wrong in my head. Everyday it feels like my head is constantly shaking, and most times it gives me headaches. It effects my way i live, walk, and everything else. I can't even concentrate on anything, sometimes it feels like i can't sit still. I have computer class  and sometimes i don't wanna move because i'm afraid i might shake. I feel like my hands shake and i feel stiff sometime, i get pains sometimes in my left arm and a little in my chest. I can't sleep most of the time because i'm always thinking and its like i can't stop thinking. I just need to know am i insane, crazy in the head, or is something really wrong because i can't really take much more.

Thank for your repsonse I don't think I've been tested for thyroid's and I do have a lot of stress I tend to keep it inside more than express how i'm feeling, sometimes I think it's better that way. And it's good to know that I'm not insane. And thank you for the name complement.

Hi Diamond and welcome to the forum!

What a beautiful name!
And no you're not crazy nor insane.

You may need to get tested for deficiencies. A complete nutritional panel
and also hair tissue analysis for minerals would be a good start.

Things to rule out ,as well, are: hormonal/adrenal deficiencies, candida,
leaky gut syndrome, to name a few.

Have you had your thyroid tested?
There a few self- tests (indicative, not diagnostic!) you can do on your own.
If interested, let me know.

Do you experience a lot of stress and if you do, how do you feel you handle it? Are there any things going on in your life that may be contributing to your symptoms?

Best wishes.
Niko
