Hello,
I recently had an MRI done and wanted some feedback on the findings and if anyone has had experience with this. Anxiety over the results of course.
Findings: Mild straightening of the lumbar lordosis. No fracture or focal subluxation or destructive lesion. No significant bone edema. There is desiccation at L4-5 with mild spondylosis. There is minimal disc height loss. Remaining disc spaces maintain appropriate height and hydration. Conus and cauda equina are intact. There is no intradural mass
L4-5: Disc bulge, shallow broad-based protrusion with annular fissure is slightly more prominent to the left with
subarticular recess stenosis and bilateral L5 nerve root compression. Foramina are minimally narrowed.
Impressions: L4-5 disc bulge, broad-based protrusion with annular fissure and subarticular recess stenosis and bilateral L5 nerve root compression.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
