Hello All,
I have been diagnosed with the above issue and I am not very sure about how I should proceed with regards to working out. I LOVE working out, and have been lifting since about 2 years. I think I injured my back during deadlifting heavy, but I am not very sure.
The pain I feel is in the right leg and is accentuated in certain positions (eg, when i raise my left leg from sitting position)
It was excrutiating in the beginning but it has eased a bit and now I am almost pain free during the evenings, and have pain for about an hour in the mornings.
Could you please help me out with regards to which exercises I should DO and which exercises I should NOT DO to ensure fast healing of my condition?
