Costochondritis? don't know if that is the correct spelling....

There are a number of things that it could be. You should go to your PCP and have them examine you and maybe take a simple xray.

Since last 1 week I am suffering with pain in my left side ribs, starting from the center of the rib-cage to the back. The pain is more when I sleep and also when I take deep breaths. The pain is also felt when I touch and press this area. Do anybody know what it could be. I fear, hope its not true, that some water in the muscles or organs is being filled up.... Pls comment...
