Back and leg pain

I have sever lower back pain on the left side which is shooting pain through my left buttock and leg. Its almost crippling it hurts so bad. What can this be???

sounds like you pinched a nerve

my lower back is gone i pinch them all the time or it swells and shuts my cord down and i drop like a rock

they say narrow nerve channel and severe lower back and hip damage

(i was hit while helping a broke down car the door got my hip hard and the mirror caught my utility belt threw me 3 feet into ditch broke or bent everything on my belt)

i also recently lost my it band

anyway i say find a good chiropractor

this year after 30 or so other i finally found a great one

what to look for

he challenges me to extend time between visits not the hustlers making you come in all the time for the money

he tells me to walk not sit and ice and take it easy all day you do ice and heat

first time in my life a decent amount of pain relief

first time almost no pinches they happen but allot less
