My pain is mostly in the glute on left side but do feel some stiffness near the spine.
1. Has anyone had these injections? How bad is the procedure and how long did the relief last (if you got any). Is it worth it? Since the pain is low one day and high the next is that typical? Any suggestions for pain relief. I am on a drug contract for clonazepam use for my abdominal migraines so it is hard to get them tob
