Can the DR or someone pleas help.. PAIN here

Question fo everyone.....
I have an appointment with a neuro surgeon in 2 weeks for my cervical issues(there is loss of normal intervertebral disc space height and signal along with mild endplate ostephyte formation at the c6 and c7 level, There is a focal disc buldge or very broad based posterior disc protrusion at the c6-c7 level which causes moderate to severe central stenoisis and mild flatteing of the anterior cord surface There is also probable minmal left neural foraminal narrowing due to uncovertbral joint hypertrophy
At c5 c6 level there is a small right paracentral disc protrusion causing mild centra stenosis and mild flatteing anterir cord.
The rest of the cervical levels are remarkable)
But i have a question now.. Will my neck problems in ANYWAY cause my lower back to real hurt? The past 2 weeks have been terrible and its just getting worse.. if i stand or walk for longer then 10 mins my lower back is killing me) and then the sciatic nerve starts and the pain is worse...Feels just like fire on my lower back and then on top of that just plain hurts, feels like my lower back is just locked into place and it dont want to move...i want to cry....
Can someone tell me if they think this is coming from my neck rdo i have more problems in my lower back? I have tried heat-ice- muscle relaxers and im even on neurontin for the RSD i have in my hand plus vicodin and NOTHING touches it! If i sit on m bed at night it feels like my bottom of my back and butt goes totally numb also....
weird uhu?
Thanks in Advance
