DDD disease and heirnated disks

I'm a 55 year old female.  I have digenerative disk disease, that mostly affects my neck.  Herniated disks c2 -through C 6 & 7 (those being the most severe).  I have had several cervical epiderals, and they do offer some relief for a while.  The last mri showed stenosis and bone spurs.  Lately I have been experiencing weakness in my arms and neck.  Some days, when I try to do household chores, my arms will leterally shake.  Sometimes I feel it is too much effort just to hold my head up.  Have any of you experienced anything like this?  I am now in the process of being evaluted for possible facet block/ abluasion.  It is not so much the pain that bothers me anymore (although I do have numbness on my pointer finger and the one next to it on my left arm).  What is really bothering me is the weakness.  i am also started to get very sore muscle in the middle of my back, and some pain in the lower back making my legs feel weak at times.  Can anyone offer any your experiences, and if this sounds normal?  I'm beginning to worry that there is something else wrong with me -- although I never have shortness of breath, or anything like that.  I do get dizzy when my neck muscles get very tight.

Wow, I just had my MRI done on my upper lumbar last week and found the same thing going on but with my C3-4 and 5-6 disc with the stenosis and bone spurs. But I allway's thought it was from my wife being a pain in my neck but now I know better lol but yes I do have a lot of the same things going on as do you with this DDD.
