Burning in upper back, also having pain in shoulder and chest area at times

The burning feels like it's directly on my spine, my shoulder was swollen but the swelling has reduced alot.still have the burning on spine notice it more when driving also have pain that comes and goes in shoulder and chest area wouldn't necessarily say it's wrapped around because it can be in my chest alone or shoulder alone. Also in the past couple weeks have begin to notice pinky and ring finger going numb or tingly almost every night.
