16 years old and having 2nd lower back surgery

I have been diagnosed with 4 ruptured disks. I have had two partial discetomys and a few bone fragments removed in the lumbar region. this was in November 2007. I  have had another MRI and found out that the disks that he worked on are larger then the surgery as well as the two disks that he left to heal on their own.  I have leg weakness, pain, and numbing in both legs. I also have extreme lower back pain and mussel spasims in my back and legs.  I have also began to notice incontinence and have been suffering form nausea when I am walking. I can not walk for more than thirty minutes. I would like to know what my  options are.

Yes, if you're having incontinence, call your doctor immediately & if you can't get through or get an appointment, go to the emergency room .

I hope you feel better!

I would see your doc and another doc and possibly a 3rd doc.  You may need revision surgery.  But if you are having incontinence- you need to do all of that soon!  that's a sign of spinal cord impingement.  If it gets worse go to your local emergency department and have a neuro and ortho consult while you are there.

best of luck!
