Hi there!

The MRI describes multiple level mild-moderate degenerative changes of the lower spine. Well, at this stage we can give an initial trial of conservative management with rest and anti-inflammatory medication followed by physiotherapy to strengthen the back muscles. However of conservative management does not seem to help over a period of 6-8 months, interventional or surgical measures may be suggested. I would suggest discussing the situation and the management plan in detail with your treating doctor.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
