what's causing the pain in my l5 s1 and c6 c7?
A couple of years back while at the gym I heard my back pop. Since then I have always been tight down there. My neck and shoulders have been tight as long as i can remember. I started seeing a chiropractor earlier this year. He took an xray and told me my disc in that area was highly degenerated.
Fast forward a couple months and I go to tell my new primary doc about it. He orders another xray and assigns pt. Their xray shows pretty much perfectly healthy discs. What's going on with my back? What's causing the pain of discs are fine ?
