Lower left back pain

Hi, I have had had an aching pain in my lower left back, about an inch left of my spine. Right above my butt, I have had it about 2 months. The pain only seems it's worst while laying or sitting. I have no history of back pain, or ANY type of injury.

I know they say you can have hip pain if you've lost a ton of weight, just from different weight distribution, but that doesn't sound like hip pain.  Especially suspicious since you had no precipitating incident???  Wish you the best!

Don't raise your arm above your head and restrict your movement to allow it to cure. Often this takes some time. mineral magnesium and vitamin B, mineral magnesium muscle tissue to work good and heals pain and gives good relaxation. Thanks.
