I just started taking Lyrica for sciatic pain secondary to herniated discs. I've taken two 75-mg doses so far. On the second night, I was awakened by excruciating pain in my right leg, worse than what I was having pre-Lyrica. Has anyone experienced an increase in his/her nerve pain after starting Lyrica?

No, I did not experience that. My pain in my body went away, but after two weeks I got such head aches, I had to quit. Tried again after a month, lower dose. Still got horrid headaches. Sorry :(
