Does my shoulder pain sound like shoulder instability, tendonosis, or bursitis?

I have been having this horrible shoulder blade, shoulder and arm pain for 9 months. Constant deep ache all day and night, and intense pain with movements, mainly reaching up/back/across body/and anything heavier than 3 lbs. I cant lay on my back for more than 5 or 10 mins without achey pain in my shoulder blade and shoulder. I sleep propped up on 6 pillows and a bean bag chair, i cant even remember the last time i slept more than a few hours without achhing pain.I have been to 3 doctors and the first one said i was fine, second said i had bursitis and rotator cuff tendinitis and told me i just have to live in pain, third one says its instability and the PT says its biceps tendonosis and myofascial pain. MRI was done 5 mos ago but due to position rotator cuff and labrum tears cant be determined, just showed significant strain/sprain. I have tried chiropractic treatments and they just made the paim worse, now im doing physical therapy it has helped but not by much. I did a cortisone shot and it only lasted about 2 weeks. I still have to take 4-5 Goody extra strength powders a day, 2 naproxen 500, and 1 or 2 motrin 800 daily and ice/heat for any reflief. The only thing they prescribe is motrin and flexeril which doesnt help. Does this sound like instability, tendinosis, or bursitis?
