Mid to lower back pain

i have had this pain in my middle to lower back for almost three days now.  What could be causing it?? I havent felt right but I do also suffer from anxiety too, I dont know if that could cause back pain also.  I have had 3 c-sections (1999, 2001, 2007), gallbladder removed 2000 and i do have high blood pressure that is controlled.  I am 32 years old female I weigh 205.  I just really need some advice, my back has always hurt but its getting worse...

I went to the doc yesterday, they checked my urine and said it was clear.  gave me muscle relaxers and pain meds.  said if it doesnt get better after that to call back.  I do have anxiety and am fidgidy all the time, plus tense...I wonder if that could be some of the reason??

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? The back pain could be caused by musculoskeletal issues like muscle strain or spasm, spondylosis, or slipped discs and even urinary tract infection. Pain medication and warm compress may help provide relief with  muscle conditions. However, to rule out infection, urinalysis and other diagnostic tests including imaging studies may help with the diagnosis. Take care and do keep us posted.
