Musclar Back Pain

Hello There,

Since last year I was suffering from back pain, pain is in muscles. I did xray, blood tests, uric acid etc and everything was normal. Doctors told me it's a muscular pain it cab be healed with exercises. I did lot of exercises nothing helped me. I tried cupping, massages and acupuncture even it didn't help me. It was almost 11 months I was suffering in pain even i took pain killer injections / pills to control pain. Finally a friend of mine told me to have a Wet Cupping it may heal your pain. I was bit scared and went to have a wet cupping sessions it was like a mircale after removing the bad blood from upper and lower back it was like my muscular pain which i was suffering from 11months has been vanished.

I had this wet cupping last month till 1 month there was no pain, now again this pain has been started :(.

I don't know what to do, shall I go for another wet cupping session ? or shall i do another treatment please advise me.

yeah, man, I go to cupping too, it only lasts like a month and then my symptoms come back, but not as intensely. Like I feel completely healed and then slowly I notice the pain returning but I feel better overall. I am going about once a month now, combined with occasional acupuncture.  Chinese medicine is a slow, natural process, not fast and violent like surgery...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? It is good to hear that the wet cupping session provided relief from your back pain. However, like many alternative treatments, cupping therapy has not been extensively studied.  Since this western medicine is different in approach from complementary and alternative medicine, it is really up to you. Some prefer integrating the two modalities or integrative medicine to have both management  plans. Take care and do keep us posted.
