Hello
I have had an mri scan which has recognised I have a moderate posterolateral protrusion in my cervical spine and disc degeneration. The reason I had the mri was I have been experiencing continual eye strain/ache for the last 2 years along with a stiff neck. I would now like to know what my options are to fix myself! I'm delighted the scan found something because eye checks are perfect and everything else is fine too. I have been advised to go to a physio but I'd like to know what they can do and what the next step is if that doesn't work.
Many many thanks.
arm and hand pain. After surgery i was left with a feeling of pressure in
my eye that has never gone away. This was in 2008 when I had the surgery
which was considered an emergency. This was caused from a previous
surgery in 2006.Long story short,I have been in chronic pain since the last
surgery.I was told the surgery was to relieve cord pressure and no promise can be given that the pain would be relieved.Find the best neurosurgeon and
get a second opinion. The physio is just standard insurance procedure before
surgery is offered.
