No relief

I'm have been experiencing back spasms all over for about two months it started out very mild and over the counter treatable. Now I'm having the most intense pain around my top left shoulder, middle of my back near spine and lower right. It's an almost pins and needle like feeling that gets stronger as the day goes on sometimes little spot seem to fire off pain bursts. I'm unable to sleep without having night sweats from the discomfort and constipation resulting in hemorrhoids. What can help me get relief?

Sounds like pain I had a few months ago.  I ended up with a ruptured C5 disc.  Can't help you with the hemorrhoids..sorry!

It sounds like you're regularly experiencing a lot of discomfort.Talk to your doctor or someone like a chiropractor to get to the root of the problem.
