Stiff neck pain

I have had a stiff neck for a little over a week now. At first I thought I might have just slept wrong or just pulled a muscle, but as the week has gone by, I have started feeling really bad. My eyes feel weak, I have had a really bad headache, I've been dizzy, I feel extremely fatigued, and I've had shortness of breath. What could be wrong with me?
