Right Leg Pain

I'm 43 and have had 6 back surgeries at L5-S1. I'm losing strength in my right leg plus pain. I had an appointment with my back surgeon today and he said there was nothing he could do.

These are the MRI Findings:
Significant residual bony foraminal stenosis at the right lateral recess and neural foramen.
These were at L5-S-1

Mild to moderate bony foraminal stenosis,  most severe at C5-6 on the left

And feedback would be appreciated
