Again, I know you aren't a doctor yet, but you give good advice! I have had a "gentle rotary levoscoliosis" since childhood. 20 degree lumbar & 23 degree thorasic. Do you know of any exercises or therapy that can help decrease or prevent progression of the curves? I'm 32 & it hasn't progressed so hopefully that's a good sign. Thank you

I was diagnosed in early adolesence, it's idiopathic.
