What is this bad lower back pain?

I have this really bad, dull lower back pain. This is the very lower part of my back. This pain especially hurts when I'm standing, goes away when I'm lying down. I can't really walk for a long period of time due to it. Can anyone give me a general diagnosis and recommend some exercises and stretches that'll help me out? Thanks
