back pain...........pls help!!!

i ve back&neck pain since 1 month. ..........earlier it wasnt that bad but now for a week it hurts badly.sometimes even pain killer doesnt work properly. at neight i m not able to sleep. today i took the appointment with physiotherepist. did i do rite or should i see nurologist first???
            what could be the reason???? last to last month i used to work in coffe shop DUNKIN DONUTS where i used to lift the heavy pot.but now i did quit. I ve hep B also  n i got know in november that i have this virus.i m 26 yr old married woman. dont u think i m too young to have this kind of pain.what shoud i do. i didnt see my MD (who i followup for hep B) yet for this pain cos he so faraway from my home and i dont have car.what should i do.

thanks for ur concern............ya i ve arm pain but not that much as my my back hurts.
everyday i have pain different place in back. i dont know wat shoud i do today i m going to physiotherepist.

where is ur pain or symptoms exactly? any arm or shoulder pain?
