Periodic Tingling Left Side of Neck

Recently when I move my head/neck, I get a tingllng feeling in the left side of my neck.  This doesn't last, stops when I move my head again.  No pain or other symptoms.  Should I be concerned about this?

Well, the tingling is some kind of message, but just guessing it's probably not serious.  I can get tingles from resting on my side with my hand propped under your cheek, but as soon as I move around a minute it's gone.  If it's not just the beginning sign of a tight muscle, it could also be emotionally based. I have had pain in my neck that I soon discovered was 100% unconscious thoughts and when I explored the pain went away.
