Sudden pain 8 weeks post op
8 weeks ago tomorrow I had TLIF surgery L5S1. Surgery was successful, painful but not as bad as others I know who had same. 2 weeks ago I finally started feeling back to my old self again. Originally told 12 week strict recovery but at 6 week check up the Dr added 3 more. Today my friend came over to help me clean ( change bedding, curtains& winterize house) she did lifting, bending , vacuuming. I pretty much supervised and was the gopher. Now I am having pain down leg. So much so I had to take pain med which I only used first 2 weeks. Is this normal?
