extreme neck pain

hello ive had major neck pain (mainly) for 15 yrs ever since i fell on my head,and then suffered from whiplash. i have 2 slipped disks in my neck. my question is is there a really good rub i can apply on my nek that works good for pain..and also wht is the BEST natural anti- inflammatory meds out there? please help im dying for answers!! thank you

hey i tried that stuff capzasin. i dont know wht your experience was but for me it felt like my body was burning in the depths of hell!!!! i took it back the next day.i had a severe allergic reaction to it. the burning didnt go away for four hours.. it finally stopped when i took a benedryl, thank GOD ill never do that again.LOL hope it works for you!

chili peppers have endorphins in them i looked in up endorphins are beneficial for helping pain,and stress. thank you:) i will try that

I just bought capsaicin. It is derived from chili peppers of all things. I've only tried it once so far and I did notice a bit of relief. Nothing major but hey I'll take what I can get at this point.
