I have a herniated disc can anyone tell me what I can expect from Physical therapy? And any advice would be greatly appreciated I had a fall at wok and hurt my back and also broke my arm. I will have surgery on my arm tomorrow and then start with Phy therapist for my back?
I was just hoping to get others experience with a herniated disc. I started Phy Therapy and its been hard but I am doing my exercises which is hard because I also have broken arm. I had a fall and broke my arm and also injured my back.
