Severe neck pain causing me now to throw up

I'm a 49 yr old female with tons of arthritis. The worst being my neck. C1-3 are fine. From C3-C5 go like this on my MRI: annular disc bulge and bilateral uncovertebral spurring efface the cal-sag with moderate to severe narrowing of the right neural foramen and moderate narrowing of the left floral foramen resulting in impingement of the exiting right and left nerve roots.
C5/6-T1 include 3mm Central disc herniation indents the thecal sac with mild Central canal stenosis.
I've been seeing the same pain mangmt Dr for 10yrs and he's saved my life with injections & most nerve ablations & pain meds.. which BTW I never have nor will I ever abuse them... just in case the question crosses ur mind.
I recently tried having an opwned mibd to other treatments.chiropractic adjustments on my neck seem to just make it worse unfortunately. I was gonna try acupuncture but.. naa.
There is actually a leaf called Kratom used for pain, and to get ppl off opioid adfiction..as well as other issues. It helps so many ppl... except me, of course. But if anyone else sees this.. please research on YouTube (Tim's Revids is 1 guy who beat a huge addiction with Kratom, and now puts all effort into helping others) he also helped my daughter to find pain relief (she's had 20 reconstructive craniofacial surgeries)
Anyway..when the pain in my neck gets really bad.. it's been making me actually throw up! And I DO NOT throw up.. I hate it...I've always had a phobia if throwing up.but this pain makes me. Just wondering if it happens to anyone else. Of course Dr's want to do a multi-level fusion but I don't want to do that...at least not until there's simply no other choice at all.

I have neck pain too in c5 and 6 and its been going on for over a month now.   I heard accupunture helps and may try that next.  My brother gets it for his neck and he said he feels so much better afterwards.  It's next I guess.
