MRI results on lower back what does it mean is it serious?

I had an MRI.  They state that there is severe disc height loss, without evidence of disc herniation or significant stenosis at L5-S1.  There is DDD at L2-3, L4-5 and L5-S1.  Small hemagiomas at level L2 and L3.  Suspected small annular tear along the posterior aspect of L3-4 disc.  Is this serious?

I have to have an l4/5 dorsal root ganglion radipulsed frequency. In the past I had l4/5 discectomy. I'm worried about the future.

Hi there!

The changes described are mild-moderate and may not be serious. I would suggest discussing the situation and the appropriate management plan in detail with your treating doctor.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
