Multiple hyperintenseT1&2 lesions Thoracic LumbarSpine in keeping with Haemangioma

Following MRI the above was diagnosed .My Dr did not elaborate on this but it worries me. I also have disc degenerative change within the lower lumbar spine at L3-4 and L4-5 Note is made of sacralisation of L5 plus moderate facet joint degenerative changes  Other changes noted at L3-4  and more which I do not wish to continue with as I understand what is meant by it I have been referred for physio but I am more concerned with my first sentence above.  Should I be referred to have this analysed further , Any suggestions would be appreciated
