legs going knumb

Anytime my lower back starts hurting my legs will go a slightly numb like not to the part where they tingle but to the part where it kinda feels like i am loose circulation or something. It mainly  happens when i try to crack my back because it hurts so bad. Do you think i should go to the doctor or chiropractor. People think its either that leg sleeping disorder and some think it might be because i have a pinched nerve its been happening for the past year or 2. If it is a pinched nerve can they do anything about it? Help please

I wouldn't go to a chiropractor. My experience is that once you see one, you need to keep on going forever for adjustment. I would see a medical doctor though. Good luck.

I agree with selma. I'm a 35 yr RN recently retired. My problem is my knee. I'd follow her advice and get professional help asap. Anytime you are experiencing abnormal symproms get a consult.  You've waited too long already, and you don't know what effect proscrastination can have on this, not knowing what's wrong in the first place. Good luck.

Hi...deff see an orthopedist first to be sure it is not something a chiro can hurt with their manipulation....and to be sure it is something that can be resolved with chiro or PT or surgery....until u get tested u will not know for sure.

Good luck
