Stay far away from Chiropractors
Make an appointment with your neurologist and a good physical therapist. The pain medications won't work, they will only make you loopy. Chiropractors will destroy what is left of your spine and put you in a wheelchair or worse.

I have used Neurontin in the past for nerve pain.  But until you find the cause of what is making that nerve pinched, Neurontin will just sort of mask it.
