lower back

i had a MRI and it show that I have a pinced nerver  L4L5 rupcherd
im having breathing proplems Ive had the epaderal shot 7 day ago   it helped
for one day now its worse  im scared i dont want surgey  phyiscal theraph
was not helpful what other solustion  are there? fexeral helps  hydcoradazon
do nothing to me any more  my breathing    ?

   I've seen the hard ware for fused disks
on two    if I have surgery they will have  to do 3   Im trying everything   not to go that route     I've ask  the doc to have another shot   hopefully next week..
  in the afternoons it's hard for me to breath my musles titing up so bad   it's allmost like panic attacks       this happened on 4/20/2010    this pain is not going away  its their   please post more comments  for any and all solustions

It may also take more than one shot to relieve some of your symptoms... don't fret over surgery yet - there are still other things to try first. If your injury is less than 6 months old, then it's possible it will subside on it's own (at least the pain can!).

remember P.A.I.N. - but not necessarily in that order....

P  - physical therapy (don't give up after 1-2 weeks. It can take time)
A -  acupunture (it really works well for some people)
I -   injections (don't give up if the first one did not work)
N -  NSAIDS or other meds to control the pain and inflamation
